heres the guide:
step 1-rockhopper must be online to find out try logging on as rockhopper if.it comes up with incorect password then hes online
step 2-either go on to a popular server blizzard,iceberg,mammoth and others or look for a server that is full or isnt usally that full but now it is full.
step 3-So you think rockhopper is in that server now your thinking what room is he in.he is usally in his ship,beach,dock town, plaza, pizza parlour and iceberg.he usally goes from beach to pizza parlor to iceberg.good luck
also if penguins say rockhopper is blah blah then try it and if a room is full it might mean rockhopper is there.so try getting in or waiting in the next room.
